Dr. Castro Kisule

Dr. Castro R Kisuule is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alexandra Medical Center. Castro is a seasoned specialist Obstetrician/Gynaecologist with over 9 years’ experience as a medical practitioner. He undertook specialist training for 5 years at the prestigious University of Cape Town (UCT) and Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town. He then had a short clinical attachment as a Senior Clinical Fellow at the West Middlesex Hospital in London. He has special interest in Laparoscopy, Reproductive Medicine (Fertility) and Management of High-Risk pregnancies. He is a fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of South Africa, FCOG (SA) and a member of the East Central and Southern African College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, MCOG (EAS). He is currently the Head of Fetal Maternal Medicine unit in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Nsambya Hospital which is an integral part of the training of post-graduate doctors at MKPGS, Uganda Martyrs University. He is happily married with 3 children and a Rotarian with Rotary Club of Muyenga.

Dr. Juliet Birungi

Dr. Juliet is an experienced Obstetrician/Gynaecologist with over 12 years experience. She is passionate about women cancers and has had two years of sub-specialist training in Cape Town / Port Elizabeth in South Africa. She is a member of the European Gyn-oncologists (ESGO) and International Gynaecologic Cancer Society (IGCS). She is a proud mother of four children and loves baking in her free time.

Dr. Joseph Muhumuza

Is an excellent Obstetrician / Gynecologist . He has over 8 years of experience in public and private healthcare. His passion lies in high-risk pregnancy, Laparoscopic surgery and fertility treatment.


Holds a Master’s Degree of medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology MKPGS-Nsambya, Bachelors Degree of Medicine and Surgery-Mbarara University of science and technology and did Fertility and Laparoscopic training in India His Mantra is to serve with excellence, Commitment and empathy

He is a father and spends his free time watching football, formula 1, and listening to music.

Dr. Robert Lubega

Dr. Robert Lubega is a General
Practitioner at Alexandra Medical Center.
He is also the Deputy Secretary General
of Uganda Medical Association, an
Umbrella Body bringing together all
Ugandan Doctors in Uganda and the
Diaspora. He has over 2 years of
experience in public and private healthcare.

He also served as the president of the Uganda Medical Interns and is a graduate of the Social Medicine course from which he derives his passion for health equity. He is a father of 1 girl and spends his free time playing football, watching movies and listening to music.

Dr.Tadeo Kolobo

Is a Medical Doctor with over 8 years of experience in providing holistic health care services in several multicultural settings. He is also a health educator on Non Communicable and Infectious Diseases. He holds a PGD in project planning and management and is currently a Master of Public Health scholar (online) at the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is a founder, singer and songwriter at Newsong Worship, a local Christian songwriting initiative in addition to firstly being a husband. He loves spending quality time with family and friends, reading, songwriting and making music.
